Nightshade Foods

Coconut Aminos
Makes me super gassy.
Oatmeal with blueberries, bananas, walnuts or cashews, and cinnamon.
Or, cream of rice with the above.
Black beans, brown rice, and spinach.
Tofu scramble, brown rice, and spinach.
Sweet potato.
